About Me

My
Story
My name is Andres Felipe Arango Garcia.
I have a degree in Philosophy and Letters, from which I obtain the knowledge, training and skills necessary for teaching the Spanish language.
I am also a professional specialized in educational coaching, which trains me and provides me with the technical and methodological tools to develop in my students the habits and skills necessary for optimal, effective, fun and lasting learning.
In addition, I have dedicated several years of my life to the study of Latin, the classical language from which Spanish derives, for which I have a particularly deep and structured knowledge and command of the language.
More important than all this, is that I am passionate about foreign languages and cultures, as well as education, which I consider to be the best means for human development and evolution, and as the best bridge between different cultures.
I have been teaching since 2007, helping my students make significant progress in their learning and, from there, in their life, work, study, and social and professional performance.
In my classes I use a method based on articulating the principles of ELE, the standards for teaching Spanish as a foreign language of the Common European Framework, and the fundamentals and techniques of Meaningful Learning, Active Learning Methodologies and Experiential Training.
